Where Am I? & Grilled Thai Pork Tenderloin Cutlets

I happen to be in San Luis Obispo this weekend for a Dairy Event and I was going to begin telling and showing you all about it but as I uploaded some photos.....or tried to upload some of my photos to my blogger account, I am told I am OUT of photo storage space!  Of course I can purchase more space for a very small fee which is great but after purchasing it, I found out  it will take up to 24 hours to take effect.

Okay then, we will wait for another day.  But in the mean time, here is a great recipe you may want to serve for World Series playoffs or football Sunday.....they're good!

Ingredients
2 pork tenderloins
2 T fresh garlic, minced
2 T fresh ginger, grated
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 T garlic chili paste
2 T fresh mint, minced
sandwich buns

Preparation
Cut tenderloins crosswise into one inch pieces.
Flatten into 1/8 inch thickness and place into shallow pan.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cutlets. Cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
Remove pork from marinade (discard remaining marinade) and place on grill over medium heat until browned. About 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve on sandwich buns.
