Being all grown up now, I realized sometimes adults {ok, me} can still play those games. This morning on my ATV ranch ride, I decided to appoint myself as the official fence checker to the ranch.
I take every job I do seriously.
There's livestock that needs to be checked on, after-all.
And no matter that the fencing is only 2 months old.
\It can still come down for one reason or another, right?
After my quick ATV drive-by, I stopped, got off the 4-wheeler and took in some beautiful autumn morning scenes.
Just me and the ground squirrels and an occasional hawk.

Thanks for hosting! Love your pictures from the fence checking. The pictures from the post I linked were taken while checking cows last week as well. I am a new follower from Kansas. Have a great rest of the week!
What a pretty place you have!
"The Wife of a Dairyman" has been included in the Sites To See for this week. I hope this helps to point many new visitors in your direction.

Love the photo! I love spending time on my ATV and I do get lots of work done on it, but my favorite time is checking cattle and stopping and just watching them!
Hey again, my dear Nancy! I just wanted to warn you and your readers that the periods in Ajay's comment are a link to a Chinese site. At least it doesn't appear to have anything to do with porn like the old comments like this used to, but it looks like we are in for another wave of these deceptive spam comments showing up as legitimate ones until the Blogger spam detector locks onto their pattern.
