Caramelized Banana

Did you know October is "National Caramel Month"?!  I didn't until I received this tasty recipe from Sobieski Vodka for their Karamelized Banana cocktail.  This would be perfect for a cozy after dinner drink, snuggling by the fire with your honey.  Get that creamy taste of caramel, we all crave in the fall {or at least I do} without it sticking to your teeth.





Karamelized Banana

½ oz. Sobieski Karamel Vodka
½ oz. dark rum
1 oz. Marie Brizard Banana Liqueur
½ oz. half & half
Dash of ground cinnamon
Dash of ground nutmeg
Combine all the ingredients in and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled cocktail glass, garnish with an additional dash of ground cinnamon.
