Today is National S'mores Day. How do you like yours? Just a week ago, in the middle of New York City, in a hotel suite turned campsite, we took a break from the BlogHer sessions to make ourselves some S'mores.
Indoor s'mores, no bugs flying around, in air conditioning and just as yummy.
Here's a different take on the traditional S'more......S'more Dip.....Using graham cracker sticks OR my fave, pretzel sticks....SO good!

S'mores Dip
1 ½ cups semisweet
chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened
condensed milk
½ cup marshmallow creme
1 box (13 oz) graham
cracker honey sticks OR Pretzel Sticks!
In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and
condensed milk on High 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chips are
melted. Stir to mix well. Pour into 9-inch glass pie pan, spreading evenly.
Drop marshmallow creme by tablespoonfuls randomly over chocolate
mixture. Microwave on High about 30 seconds or until marshmallow creme is
softened. Immediately with knife, make several small swirls through marshmallow
and chocolate, creating a marbled appearance.
Serve immediately with graham sticks for dipping.
Makes 16 servings (2
tablespoons dip and 10 graham sticks each)
Thank you for taking time out of your busy day to leave a comment. I love to hear from you! Have a fantastic day!

Thanks for sharing this recipe! It looks like a good one to try.
OH MY! i can make that!! Im excited!!
otherwise the feral way is to take a few reduced fat cinnamon keebler crackers, put them on a plate with a few big marshmallows, and whatever chocolate you can find anywhere in the house, and microwave them for about 30 seconds or so...and you have to eat them fast before the marshmallow hardens into sugar concrete...thats why you have to get the reduced fat grahams because this eating them so fast means you dont get the satisfaction of enjoying them, so you have to eat tons more. i digress.
I like your way much better!
