Today is National S'mores Day. How do you like yours? Just a week ago, in the middle of New York City, in a hotel suite turned campsite, we took a break from the BlogHer sessions to make ourselves some S'mores.
Indoor s'mores, no bugs flying around, in air conditioning and just as yummy.
Here's a different take on the traditional S'more......S'more Dip.....Using graham cracker sticks OR my fave, pretzel sticks....SO good!
photo and recipe courtesy Pillsbury
1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
½ cup marshmallow creme
1 box (13 oz) graham cracker honey sticks OR Pretzel Sticks!
In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and condensed milk on High 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chips are melted. Stir to mix well. Pour into 9-inch glass pie pan, spreading evenly.
Drop marshmallow creme by tablespoonfuls randomly over chocolate mixture. Microwave on High about 30 seconds or until marshmallow creme is softened. Immediately with knife, make several small swirls through marshmallow and chocolate, creating a marbled appearance.
Serve immediately with graham sticks for dipping.
Makes 16 servings (2 tablespoons dip and 10 graham sticks each)
Thank you for taking time out of your busy day to leave a comment. I love to hear from you! Have a fantastic day!
