We've had a good amount of rain and stormy weather this winter. The sunrise is so beautiful after a storm has cleared the area and the sun peaks through. The photo below was taken from in front of our house.
A huge rain and wind storm can also cause alot of damage. One morning after one of those huge rain and wind storms occured last month, Dominic drove down the hill to go to work in the morning to find a fair amount of damage to one of the old oak trees on the farm. Split the tree in half! I think it was due to the high, strong wind. Dominic has been cutting up the half that has broken off, piece by piece for firewood. Hopefully the standing half will continue to grow and be healthy. Only time will tell... _____________________________________________________________________________________ Superbowl Trivia As of 2006, the cost of a 30-second commercial on average is $2.5 million.
