Arrribe! Mexican Recipes

Happy Cinco De Mayo!  I LOVE Mexican food and I love me a good margarita!  I was in Target the other day and on my list, was frozen fruit.....for smoothies.  I found a blend that I hadn't seen before....Berry Mango Fruit Mix.

At the time, I didn't have margaritas on my mind, but two days later, hey Cinco De Mayo.....margarita required.

Have you ever made a margarita with sparkling limeade?

I hadn't either until now, and I don't think I do it any other way from now on.

Here's what you need for one hefty margarita:

2oz Tequila
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1 cup frozen fruit
4 oz sparkling limeade

Mix in a blender, I use the Magic Bullet.
Pour, garnish and enjoy!
